The community of Marbella and the Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club (G&CC) consists of 8 subdivisions, 7 of which are not bundled.  Alliant Property Management Company, LLC. assists the Marbella Board of Directors  to manage the Marbella community.  Indigo Sports, LLC.  is the property management company hired to manage the daily operations of Spanish Wells (excludes the G&CC facilities). The Association occupies a site of approximately 600 acres and consists of 1,361 residential lots, 3 - 9-hole golf courses, country club facility, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, BOCE courts and a fitness center. There are 50 lakes for water management to protect the Spanish Wells Community and irrigate the 3 golf courses.
